Policy and Terms
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations with eyelash extension, microblading, color services and facials to your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the listed services above in order to continue booking these services. If you do not show up for a scheduled service, you can be charged up to the full price of the cost of that service.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We never want to let clients leave the salon unhappy. However, in the event you find yourself unsatisfied please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will be happy to make any necessary adjustments. Color correction services are not covered under this policy because this is never a single process solution. Eyelash extensions will only be refunded with half of the cost do to the lengthy process and products used to remove the lashes. To get a refund of lashes you must return to the salon within 24 hours and the lashes will be removed.
Unused/unopened retail products/tools may be refunded within 5 days of purchase. Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and /or used returns of the following items: makeup brushes and applicators, skin care products ,hair care products, hair brushes and combs, or other hair accessories.
